Brittany and Mark were set up on a blind date by one of Mark’s co-workers;  boy did he know what he was doing!  They are just one of those couples that you can’t help but smile around. They have something so amazingly special and I can completely see them in 50 years still smiling at each other the way they were their entire wedding day.

We first met Laura and Kenny a few years ago when we photographed her sister Michele’s wedding. Growing up with only a sister, I loved seeing Laura’s relationship with her sisters. You can tell they all have a lot of fun together 🙂 That theme of fun was carried on throughout the entire day. Laura and Kenny did a first look at The Renaissance Golf Club and from that time on the smiles and laughter never stopped. Laura even won some more love by letting all the guys ditch their jackets on the hot day. They rolled up their sleeves, pinned boutenierres on their vests and totally rocked the more casual look!

We had so much fun with everyone and hope to see you all again. Maybe next year? 😉

Blair and Todd are my kind of people 🙂 They are super fun, super relaxed, love the mountains and live music and, most importantly, having a good time! The White Mountains of NH are my happy place. I grew up camping right down the road from The Woodstock Station Inn and Brewery and just love the area, so when they started doing weddings I couldn’t wait to work there and have another excuse to visit! We can’t wait to go back 🙂

Ahhhh! Theresa and Matt! What an absolutely, fantastically, adorable couple! I photographed Theresa’s cousin’s wedding a couple of years ago and I just knew when Theresa contacted us for her big day that it was sure to be a good time! We started the day at the Sheraton Hotel in Portsmouth for some getting ready photos and then hopped in a party bus to head over to the ceremony at Saint James Church. It was a beautiful ceremony with lots of cute smiles and glances back and forth 🙂 After the ceremony, we made a pit stop at Prescott Park for some photos and then ventured back to the hotel for the recetion. They got the party started right away! In fact I didn’t think anyone was ever going to eat because they were all so busy dancing 🙂 That’s a sure sign they were having a great time! We were so thrilled to be a part of it!

Caroline and Devin had an amazing July 4 wedding at Seacoast Science Center in Rye, NH. What I love most about these two is their love for eachother! It was so inspiring to witness.
Mother Nature tried to throw a wrench into their plans with rain before the ceremony, but they didn’t let that stop them from having the ocean wedding of their dreams! It was actually pretty magical! The rain drops stopped just as they said I do 🙂

Beth and Bryce are lovers of the outdoors, especially biking. So when it came time to plan the big day, a bicycle themed wedding was the perfect choice. I was so impressed with the table centerpieces! Beth painted them all herself! They also had painted bike rims around the tent to add to the decor and utilized them to hold the escort cards. The details of the wedding were all so perfectly planned and executed, right down to the bike built for two.

We had a great time with you both! Thank you for having us. We wish you all the happiness in the world!

The story behind this photo is so cool!  It is a recreation of Beth’s parent’s wedding party photo!  Every one of their original wedding party was in attendance at Beth and Bryce’s wedding!

I don’t even know where to begin with Laura & Joe’s big day! Laura grew up going to Kennebunkport, Maine with her family and had always seen weddings taking place at St Ann’s Episcopal Church. This church is magnificent! It is an old stone church right on the ocean. I can see why it would be any little girls dream to one day be married there! When Joe popped the question the church was a given and from there they chose The Colony Hotel across the street as their venue. Anyone who is around Laura and Joe for even a few minutes knows they are just meant to be. It is evident how much they adore each other and how much they also enjoy a good time! Once the dance floor was opened, I don’t think it ever stopped!

Kristina & Brandon had an amazing wedding at Church Landing in Meredith, NH. The pair are so easy going and fun to be around, we never once felt like we were “working”. I loved the color palette of cranberry and grey! The girls flowers complimented eachother so well!
After the wedding the duo left for their honeymoon to one of my favorite places ever! Mal Pais, Costa Rica! I’m so excited to hear if they enjoyed it as much as I did!

Wedding season is in full swing and with that comes all the guess work with Mother Nature. I always tell our couples that Mother Nature is something you can’t control, so to try not to worry about it too much. Of course that doesn’t stop people from checking the weather every 30 minutes in the weeks leading up to the big day, but Kristen and Greg’s wedding is the perfect example why worrying about it is fruitless. The entire week leading up to the wedding the weather report said that it was a 100% chance of rain. Even the night before that was the forcast … as you can tell by the photos the forcast was very, very wrong. The day was gorgeous. Perfect skies, gorgeous sun shining and no rain. (at least not until much later in the evening!) Take that Mother Nature 🙂

I LOVE the socks!

I knew as soon as I photographed Stephanie and Nick for their engagement session that their wedding would be a blast.  They were high school sweet hearts and this day was 8 years in the making.  They had a gorgeous ceremony and reception at The Red Barn at Outlook Farm in South Berwick, Maine.  This was our first chance to work there and we can’t wait to go back!  The grounds were amazing, the food incredible and the staff so nice and accommodating!
