Madison+Ben – Church Landing Wedding – New Hampshire Wedding Photography
READ MOREMadison and Ben were just the best way to close out the busy season for us! Anyone who has followed my blog for any amount of time know that I used to frequent The Granite Rose before it sadly closed this year. Ben’s family owned and operated The Rose for as long as I have been a photographer (in fact one of my first big weddings when I was brand new was there!) and we always looked forward to seeing them when we had weddings booked there. They were sadly missed this year, so we were so excited to see them all again for Madison and Ben’s big day! I knew that I was going to be in for a day full of fun and laughter for sure. Getting to meet Madison’s family the morning of the wedding only confirmed that for me.
It was the most picture perfect day overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee with the foliage glowing in the back ground. We truly couldn’t have asked for anything more!
It was truly an honor to be chosen to document your day, especially from a family who have seen a lot of photographers in action. I am humbled and thankful to have been able to be a part of something so special.
Mike an I wish you many years of love and laughter.
XOXO

Amanda and Juan – The Granite Rose – NH Fall Wedding
READ MOREIsn’t it amazing when your work brings you together with a future spouse? We love stories like that. Juan is a barber by trade, and Amanda owns her own daycare center. Years ago, Juan agreed to provide haircuts for some of the children at a local daycare center. Amanda’s daughter attended that daycare center, allowing Amanda and Juan to meet. Juan did some research, found Amanda’s number, and the rest was history. Fast forward to their wedding and they are surrounded by a large, happy, close family. (Soon to be +1 in a few months, as Amanda and Juan are expecting a little girl!)
The wedding ceremony seemed almost magical. The flower girls carried lit candles down the aisle, and the wedding began right as the sun was setting. The gazebo where they were married was strung with small, twinkle lights, seeming to illuminate the whole event by candlelight. It was romantic and beautiful!
Have we mentioned how much we love working at The Granite Rose? This local business provides an amazing level of service to all their guests. We always feel like we’re with family whenever we work there! DJ Dave Nadeau from A Main Event is also one of our favorites. When we see this vendor on the list, we know everyone is going to have a great time at the reception!
The first look photos were taken at the Robert Frost Farm.
Their wedding day had the most amazing foliage.
A quick stop at Taylor Mill for more photos, then on to The Granite Rose.
The wedding ceremony took place as the sun was setting. The flower girls carried candles down the aisle.
Mike and I wish you every happiness, both now and in the years to come. XXOO – Becca & Mike.

Michele and Jordan – The Granite Rose – NH Summer Wedding
READ MOREWe love hearing the stories of how couples first met each other. So much seems to rely on being in the right place at the right time. In Michele and Jordan’s case, this was definitely true. Michele had just been on a bad blind date (with someone else) and was meeting a friend at a local bar in Mass to commiserate. Jordan had never been there, but happened to be there that night. He overheard them talking, introduced himself and they have been together ever since.
The love between them was just so visible and vibrant. We really felt they had the wedding trifecta: a great venue, a great DJ, and a couple very much in love.
Mike and I wish you every happiness, both now and in the years to come. XXOO – Becca & Mike.

Throughout the night you would catch Michele and Jordan sharing special, intimate, moments like this one. Capturing little moments like this are one of the things I love about being a wedding photographer!
Kerri and Kyle – Summer NH Wedding – The Granite Rose
READ MOREKerri and Kyle grew up down the street from each other but were a few years apart in school. They ended up meeting again at a house party, years later, and the rest is history. Check out their first look photos, taken at Kerri’s parents’ house. Kyle had a beautiful bouquet of a dozen pink roses waiting for her, he had given her a rose a month starting with 1 and building to a dozen on the wedding day – such a thoughtful touch.
Mike and I wish you every happiness, both now and in the years to come. XXOO – Becca & Mike.

I love this image of Kerri and her Dad!
This was a first … I was the sole female in the limo with the groomsmen on the way to the reception. Quite the experience 🙂

Renee and Michael – The Granite Rose & Saint Anne’s Parish – Summer NH Wedding
READ MOREWe haven’t seen this much laughter and joy at a wedding in a long time! We love looking at the photos of this wedding, especially of Renee and her bridal party, as it reminds us of how much everyone laughed and enjoyed the day. It hardly seemed like work to capture all of the shared moments between the couple, their friends and family. Who wouldn’t wish for such a great start to their marriage?
We wish you much love and laughter together – XXOO, Becca & Mike.

Kristy & Eric – NH Winter Wedding – The Granite Rose
READ MOREKristy and Eric’s wedding was a little extra special since I grew up in the same small town as Eric and although we didn’t really “know” each other in high school, I did graduate with Kristy. I was so thrilled when I got a Facebook message from Eric asking about their wedding! Anyone who knows Eric knows he’s not a real serious guy and he can definitely keep you laughing. Their wedding day was no different. It was such an honor to be able to document such a special day for two such amazing people.
A big thanks to the following vendors who also played a huge part in making this day so spectacular!
