This couple! This wedding! This venue! Everything was on-point for Laura and Conor’s wedding in Salem, Ma. The day started at Immaculate Conception Church with a beautiful ceremony followed by a reception at Hamilton Hall. This was our first time at Hamilton Hall, and I fell in LOVE! I just adore the character of historic neighborhoods and could have spent hours walking the streets taking photos … but their guests wanted to see them too, so we stayed close by ?. The character of the building went perfectly with the neighborhood with it’s high ceilings and balcony overlooking the dance floor … and the mirror they have, just wow! Take a look for yourself!

What a beautiful day Courtney and Scott had at The Whitney’s Inn in Jackson, NH.  I just adore snowy weddings and Courtney sure did look like a snow princess during their wooded winter wonderland ceremony.

Before the ceremony, the couple opted for a first look and we were able to hop on shuttles and head down to the Jackson Covered Bridge.  Taking photos there can be a little like a game of Frogger, dashing in and out of the road between traffic, but it’s always a fun adventure.

After adventuring down to the bridge the couple was married in front of a fire in the woods.  It had snowed the night before so they were surrounded by a gorgeous winter backdrop … it couldn’t have been more perfect for them.

We wish the happy couple many more adventures together!

What a gorgeous day on the top of Mount Sunapee in NH.   Liz and Phil’s guests were treated with a chairlift ride up the mountain and spectacular views through out the ceremony!  Mother Nature was on her best behavior and you could see NH in all of her glory for miles.  Back down at the Lodge, DJ Chad, from Get Down Tonight, made sure the dance floor was packed all night.  The couple enjoyed a honeymoon to Iceland a couple of weeks later and I’ve seen glimpses of their photos which have me jealous of the light show they saw!  A bucket list item with me for sure!

We LOVE working at the Red Lion Inn in Cohasset. The charm of the building and the proximately to the harbor is my dream. I’ve always had a thing for the way fishing boats look in the water, maybe it’s from watching Captain Bob as a kid (Bonus points if you know who that is!!!) and doing all kinds of cool drawings of them or maybe it’s simply just because they are such an interesting thing to photograph, whatever the reason, I am always so excited when I get to take photos on a harbor where there are fishing boats! In Kristin and Tom’s case we got to be there during the most beautiful time of day just before the sun was setting. The clouds looked like cotton candy.

After the magical cotton candy clouds the trolly brought us back to the Red Lion where we finished up photos with the bridal party and wedding into the reception. I loved the way their uprights filled in the color of the barn. It added to the magic of the day.

Samantha and David celebrated their wedding at the Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods.  The views were absolutely breathtaking (as was the couple!) . They were even lucky enough to see the Alpin Glow hit the mountain as the sunset!  Take a look!  <3 . We were honored to be there!  ENJOY!

What a wedding!!!  Sarah and Patrick had a gorgeous day, but what made it even more gorgeous was the insane amount of smiles and love surrounding them through out the day.  Sarah is from the south and reminded me of a Southern Belle.  She has the most elegant and beautiful energy, I think she was actually glowing all day.  I kept thinking she had a very Jackie O quality about her.  The way the duo smiled at and with each other was so heart warming.  They were just fun to be around!  Take a look for yourself 🙂

Talk about luck having the Miss Meredith boat drive by as we were walking along the docks!

Kelly and Brian’s wedding warmed my heart in every way.  They escaped for a beautiful day at The Omni Mount Washington Resort where they were married by one of Brian’s oldest friends,  in front of their children, surrounded by the most majestic scenery.  It was a page straight from a fairy tale and truly perfect … as is their story.  The pair met and dated years ago while students at Texas A&M.  Things ended, as many college relationships do, and life went on.  Fast forward many years later and Kelly is having work done at her house; she looks familiar to the gentleman, who puts it all together when he sees her diploma on the wall.  The gentleman was Brian’s best friend (who was also the officiant) … he was part of their crowd back in the day and he got the two talking again.  Now, here we are with the most perfectly intimate wedding I have ever photographed.    I was also in awe of the special relationship Kelly has with her daughter.  As you look through the photos, their connection will be obvious.  Relationships like theirs always brings a huge smile to my face.  Kelly, Brian and their kids are wonderful examples of doing things right.  I was honored to play even a small role in sharing their story!

Church Landing has become our second home this summer and we have loved every second of it!!!.  Liz and Dan were no exception!  We were so impressed by them, their families and the amount of love surrounding them as they celebrated their first hours as Mr. and Mrs.
