What a wedding!!! I just love The Red Lion Inn, it has such an amazing rustic charm about it and these two just make you smile. Their love for each other, for their pup and for their family and friends is top notch … and the snow … oh my!! Every couple (and photographer) prays for snow in a winter wedding, Brooke and Kenzie not only got snow, they got fairy tale snow and they were more than happy to go play in it with me for a few minutes. We couldn’t have chosen a better couple to finish off our season at Loon Mountain this year. Katie and Peter were such a joy to be around! Katie was such a trooper with the frigid mountain top temps, shivering through the ceremony and hanging tough through photos after! (at one point, we used lipstick to cover up her blue lips!!) She hardly seemed phased and was smiling ear to ear through the shivers. Thank you both so much for having us!

Kathryn + Jeremy | Loon Mountain, NH Wedding | New Hampshire Wedding Photographer

We are just loving all the time we get to spend at Loon Mountain this summer! Next summer is looking to be much of the same. It has fast become one of our favorite places to be and Kathryn and Jeremy’s big day was no different. The weather was looking a little iffy but they decided to go for the mountain top ceremony which allowed them to get married literally in the clouds. It’s such an amazing thing to see. Their vows were so touching, written by them, from the heart. Jeremy almost made me cry with his words. Their love was palpable to everyone in attendence. Since we didn’t have much of a view at the top, we quickly jumped on the Gondola after the ceremony for some photos down by the river followed by the reception in the Octogon lodge with DJ Jeremy from Get Down Tonight Entertainment.

Thank you to the lovely couple for choosing us to document such a special day! We can’t wait to see where life brings you next.

When a couple tells you in their pre-wedding meeting that they want to incorporate rock climbing into their wedding photos you know you are in for a fun day! Bridget and Joe didn’t disappoint. After their first look, they changed out their snazzy wedding shoes for their rock climbing shoes and had a quick bouldering session on Loon’s rock climbing wall. It was obvious that fun, laughter and adventure are a big part of their lives and I don’t see that changing anytime soon!

We have been so lucky this year to have so many weddings booked at Loon Mountain, and even luckier that they have all been with such amazing couples. Kate and Seth were no exception. Mother Nature didn’t want to cooperate but they made the (right) choice to have the wedding at the summit regardless. In doing so, they actually got married in a cloud! How many couples can say that??? It was truly amazing. To top it off, just as they were saying their vows, the clouds parted and guests were treated to the gorgeous views that Loon Mountain is so popular for.

We are so thankful to have been able to play a part in their day!

Chynna and Zac had a picture perfect day at Loon Mountain! I can’t put my finger on what made it so perfect, maybe it was the location (Loon has fast become one of our favorite places to take photos at!), maybe it was the bride and her drop dead gorgeous dress or the groom and his darth vadar cuff links, maybe it was the cowboys boots and blue dresses that perfectly matched the sky, or maybe it was everything together that made the day absolutely amazing. We are so lucky to have been a part of it!
