Five ring bearers and two flower girls were on hand to assist with the wedding of Haley and Greg held this summer in New Hampshire.  One of the ring bearers has a crush on Haley, check out his sign proclaiming, “Dang It, You Got Her First”.  Too cute!

They were married at Zorvino Vineyards, allowing for a special first look moment among the grape vines.  The expression on Greg’s face as he first saw Haley was only rivaled by the expression on Haley’s father as he greeted her for the ceremony.  The joy reflected in their faces was an honor to capture.

When Justine and Geoffrey got married, they couldn’t have picked a better day. The weather was perfect and their ceremony and reception were fun and laid back. We enjoyed documenting their relationship, including a Back Street Boys song sung by Geoff and his friends during the reception for Justine. To top things off, Justine and her dad took the dancefloor for the Father-Daughter dance and it was… EPIC!

The “Back Street Boys”, a la Geoff and his friends, serenade the new bride!

As a wedding photographer, it is a dream to have an event with so many candid moments that are filled with happiness.  Stephanie and Kris met years ago at a party but didn’t become a couple until several years of texting and instant messaging went by.  At first, Kris kept his distance as Stephanie was younger.  But now, together, he makes her laugh every day.  Their relationship is infused with joy!

One thing you may not see in the photos, but should know, is how much love went into Stephanie’s wedding dress.  Stephanie is very close to her grandparents.  Her grandfather bought her the wedding gown and then passed away unexpectedly before the wedding.  It was bittersweet to see her looking so stunning in this amazing gift of love to her.

We were so honored to capture such a wonderful day. Mike and I wish you every happiness, both now and in the years to come. XXOO – Becca & Mike.

Stephanie’s grandfather had a seat front row.  

Kerri and Kyle grew up down the street from each other but were a few years apart in school. They ended up meeting again at a house party, years later, and the rest is history. Check out their first look photos, taken at Kerri’s parents’ house. Kyle had a beautiful bouquet of a dozen pink roses waiting for her, he had given her a rose a month starting with 1 and building to a dozen on the wedding day  – such a thoughtful touch.

This was a first … I was the sole female in the limo with the groomsmen on the way to the reception.  Quite the experience 🙂

Erica and Rob met while attending Boston College.  Since that time, Erica has gone on to become a nurse and Rob is getting his MBA.  A lot of their relationship has been long distance and that only seems to have made them stronger.  Check out their photos, including their First Look at Saint Gaudens Park in Cornish, NH.  Their positive energy and love for each other was absolutely contagious!

The scenery at the park was a perfect backdrop for a couple who is so loved by family and friends.  Mike and I wish you every happiness and lots of love.  XXOO.

The first look between Erica and Rob!

Lots of love and fun on the dance floor!

New Hampshire in the summertime is one of the most beautiful places in the world.  When we were invited to photograph Mary and Ian’s wedding at the summit of Loon Mountain, I couldn’t wait to get there.  Friends and family traveled via gondola to the top of the mountain and were treated to breathtaking views as they spoke their vows.

This was our first time at The Loon Mountain Club, and the event staff was so easy to work with and so helpful.

Everyone had a great time on the dance floor, sharing special dances with the children and each other.  Mary’s niece even fell asleep on her father’s shoulders!

I met Mary many years ago while working with her at a local school.  We actually apparently met many, many, many years before that, as I was friends with her sister in high school, but I don’t think either one of us remembers that 😉  It was such an honor to be a part of their special day.  Both Mike and I wish you every happiness and lots of love.  XXOO.

Love the Mother-daughter wedding shoes!

It was so hilarious trying to get a photo of all of the grand kids at the wedding.  Someone was always ready to just take off!

Julie and Matt’s wedding was a little extra special to us.  Julie’s sister is one of my oldest and dearest friends and having grown up together, I have also had the pleasure of knowing Julie since she was around 3.  I even babysat her a time or two.  I was so thrilled when she asked us to photograph her wedding!

There was barely a dry eye in the house (including mine) as Julie, escorted by her Dad, progressed down the aisle towards Matt at the State Street Church in Portsmouth.  Their vows were sweet and personal and included just the right amount of humor … even mentioning the camo  sweatshirt Matt was wearing the day the two met in a college class.  Matt was even sporting a pair of camp socks at the wedding 🙂  It is so evident that these two complete each other 100%.

The first look with Julie’s Dad also got me a little choked up!

We haven’t seen this much laughter and joy at a wedding in a long time! We love looking at the photos of this wedding, especially of Renee and her bridal party, as it reminds us of how much everyone laughed and enjoyed the day.  It hardly seemed like work to capture all of the shared moments between the couple, their friends and family.  Who wouldn’t wish for such a great start to their marriage?

Don’t you just love hearing how a couple got together? We certainly do and admired Sean’s patience in wooing Jeri.  They met at a Residence Inn in Portsmouth where Jeri worked and Sean was staying for an extended period of time.  Sean asked her out several times before she agreed, as she was otherwise committed.  As they sometimes do, things worked out and a month later she agreed to one date.  Fast forward and we were honored to be at their elegant wedding at the Moffatt Ladd Garden, capturing all of the special moments of their day.
